At ComX, we strive to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. Please review our shipping policy:

Domestic Shipping Only

  • We are currently only shipping within the United States.
  • International orders are not accepted at this time.

Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days of receiving payment.
  • During high-demand periods or promotions, processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

  • We offer standard and expedited shipping options at checkout.
  • Delivery times for domestic orders:
  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and delivery method.
  • Customers are responsible for all shipping costs.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
  • Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • ComX is not responsible for lost or damaged packages once they have been handed over to the carrier.
  • If your order arrives damaged, contact us at comx.help@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage so we can assist you.

Important Notes

  • We carefully pack all items to ensure safe delivery, including cards, 3D prints, and collectibles.
  • Please verify your shipping address at checkout. We cannot be responsible for orders sent to the wrong address due to customer error.
