Return & Refund Policy
At ComX, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read our policy carefully:
Return Window
- Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.
Condition of Items
- All returned items must be in brand new, unused, and resalable condition.
- We cannot accept returns or issue refunds if the customer simply changed their mind or found the item at a lower price elsewhere.
Eligible Refunds / Replacements
Refunds or replacements will only be issued for:
- Defective products
- Order errors, including receiving the wrong item, quantity, or color
- Please note: Trading Cards and Comic Books are not eligible for returns or refunds. For 3D prints, we will resend replacement items rather than issue refunds. Contact comx.help@gmail.com to receive replacements.
Return Shipping Responsibility
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong item.
Inspection Clause
- All returned items are inspected upon receipt, and refunds or replacements are issued at our discretion based on item condition and eligibility.
Partial Refunds / Restocking
- In some cases, partial refunds may be issued if an item is returned opened but not defective.
How to Initiate a Return
- To initiate a return, contact us at comx.help@gmail.com with your order number and any supporting photos or documentation.
Required Documentation
- All return requests must include proof and documentation of the defect or order error.
- Documentation will be reviewed before any refund or replacement is issued.
Refund / Replacement Timeline
- Once approved, refunds or replacement items will be processed within 24–72 hours.
- Please allow up to 7–10 business days for a refunded amount to appear in your account after processing.
